I am delighted to share my review for Rogue Killer by Leigh Russell with you today on Blog Tour
A man is killed in apparently random attack, and suspicion falls on a gang of muggers. Only Detective Sergeant Geraldine Steel thinks this is the work of a more deliberate murderer.
Two more victims are discovered, after further seemingly indiscriminate attacks. The muggers are tracked down, with tragic consequences. And all the while the killer remains at large. When Geraldine finally manages to track down a witness, she finds her own life is in danger…

Rogue Killer is the 12th book in the DI Geraldine Steel series which can easily be read has a standalone, with this being a series I can deep in and out of! Yes I totally missed book eleven. Never the less it hasn’t spoilt my enjoyment of Rogue Killer. Which starts off with a cracking opening where I was left hooked.
Geraldine is on the hunt for a killer in York when a man is killed in a random attack, with plenty of twists and turns this book will have you guessing until the every end. There I was thinking i had it all worked out then the author throws you right off track with an OMG moment I wasn’t expecting.
Has we follow the case there is plenty of police procedure but Geraldine’s personal life occupies a lot of the story . So I really feel like her know her has a person now. and I loved the fact that we see some old faces.
Oh and did I mention the ending?! I absolutely loved that ending now I am left waiting for the next book.
I would like to thank Anne Carter and No Exit Press for a copy and for inviting me to take part on the tour.
